My name is Lisa Gross and I have been in the wellness industry for over 20 years with a private and corporate practice. I teach Kundalini Yoga classes (over video, given the times). Kundalini Yoga is particularly effective for stress management and whole body/mind wellness because it merges yoga, meditation, breath-work, and sound science. A UCLA study has even found it beneficial for Alzheimer's prevention.

Education and desire has always led me towards wellness. As a Psychology major with a concentration in Organization, and a Body Worker for 24 years, my passion has always been healing. My vision is for wellness to be accessible for all in each sector of our life, work, family, and fun. Simple tools and skills learned can maintain and improve our health and awareness. Expanding to Kundalini Yoga now allows me to teach a self healing technology to more people, having an impact on more lives.
